First Official set of HoneyDew bugfixes!

Hi George, I know we were talking via email, but wanted to provide everyone else with the same steps.

In the latest version you can go to the Settings screen, then hit 'Purge old' from the menu. It will give you the option to purge all old unused items and categories, or bring up a list to choose which to delete.

That will completely remove them from the app so they don't show up in the drop downs anymore.
