Stereo Bluetooth Output / Keep setting output mode

Hi-
I use a BlackBerry VM-605 to listen to my podcasts in the car over my stereo speakers. When I've arrived at my destination, I power-off the VM-605 while the current podcast is playing. The podcast resumes playing (after a 5 second rewind) over the BlackBerry device speaker. I want the podcast to pause and not resume playback over another output (like the native BlackBerry Media app).
I've tried various settings of the "Keep setting output mode", but haven't noticed a difference in behavior.

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Next time you see this happen can you shoot me a copy of your logs? (Via the 'Email developer' menu item). The closest you can get to right after it happening the better. I'm not sure I'll be able to do anything (since I don't think I receive any events letting me know the BT is no longer available), but I'll definitely take a look.
