really big podtrapper settings!!

I have an almost 2Mb in device memory used by podtrapper (1.9Mb) for settings -- that seems a lot large for only a few configurations for about 25 podcast feeds...

Has anyone else noticed their podtrapper settings data size exceptionally large?

I'm going to try and delete it and let podtrapper recover its own 'backup' data and see what happens.... just thought someone might have seen this before and know if it is accurate or not.

Where would we look to find this information? All my podcasts are stored on my SD card?

in blackberry desktop manager -> backup/restore -> advanced

scroll down in the right panel (the device database) to "podtrapper settings", then click the button to copy it to the computer database (left panel).

Mine shows "1 record 1.95M".

... I've got hundreds of emails that don't even take up that much space! Yikes!

For 25 podcasts that may be close to accurate (25 podcasts * 100 episodes by default * 1k per episode in meta data), but could be a bit high. (I've been running it for about a year now and mine's at 900k or so). I'm on the fence about switching to SD card only storage, since it's proven to be so unreliable for me.

At any rate, I'll definitely check it out, I want it to be as low-impact as possible (and I have some new tricks from the developer conference).
