Can't open PT to enter registration code

My "trial" version of PT has expired even though I'm fairly certain I had entered my registration code initially. Now I get a message saying I can enter my registration code under settings, but nothing happens when I try to get my the pop-up on my BB Bold 8600. Do I have to reload PT?

Reloading probably won't help. Does it display your code on the Registration settings screen? (Settings -> Registration settings)
