Hi there,
There are a ton of reasons it could be failing, the logs are generally the only way to know for sure (you can view the failed items in the download manager and click one to see its log).
The easiest way, though, is to send them over to me via the 'Email Developer' menu item and I'll take a look and see what's wrong.
