Run on Start is identical to Run on Schedule except that instead of choosing a schedule to run these actions they are run when your device is rebooted (via a battery pull). This allows you to set apps like RSS readers or other useful tools to be open and ready to go every time your device restarts. See the Run on Schedule for detailed information on how to use/configure this applet (just ignore the schedule part).
