Configuring a Compose or Call Action
The Compose or Call action allows you to start an email, PIN or SMS message with optionally preconfigured text, or initiate an outbound call (choose 'Call' from the Msg Type option).
You can use the 'Address Book' button to populate the 'To' field from your address book. (Note: the To field must be an address or phone number, not a name).
