I want to download two, but PT only sees one as new

Newbie here. I searched the forums and couldn't find the issue, so I thought I'd post and see if you guys had a solution for me.
First of all, I love the program. I'm using it with my Storm 2 and have had no problems, except one small issue.
I listen to the Adam Carolla podcast and occasionally they will upload 2 podcasts in one day (they split a 90 minute show into a 2 podcasts, one is normally 60 minutes and the 2nd podcast is the remaining 30 minutes or so)
When I use PT, it only sees the 2nd (shorter) podcast and I cannot seem to find the larger (first) podcast.
PT has had no issues at all with any of Carolla's podcasts, or with other podcasts that do multiple uploads in one day.
I listen to Dan Patrick as well and he puts up 3 per day and there has never been an issue with that, only Carolla's.
I have put the "max to auto-download" at a setting of 6, but that didn't help.
Let me know if you have any solutions.
By the way, genius move on the developer to put 3 different fast forward/rewind buttons. I love this feature and it is 100% better than the iPod's slider.
