If you ever get stuck, PodTrapper has a 'Help / Support' menu item on almost every screen. Clicking that will allow you to view help specific to that page, post to my forums, or send me an email about the issue you're experiencing directly from the device.
Emailing me via that menu item will also give you an opportunity to attach PodTrapper's logs so that I can help solve technical issues as well.
