It would be nice to, on a per-podcast level, have Podtrapper download the *oldest* podcasts first, rather than the newest.

This will be in 2.2.0 going out tomorrow. There are three possible settings:
New, oldest first: Prioritizes new episodes in chronological order (this is the current behavior)
New, newest first: Prioritizes new episodes in reverse chronological order
Old episodes, oldest first: Episodes are always downloaded in natural order, regardless of new episodes
These settings all apply to both when new episodes are found and when PodTrapper is filling up to keep episodes present when you delete (if you have that enabled). I've tested this pretty thoroughly, but it's really complex, so I'd love feedback on how it works.
