Last 5 seconds of audiobook wma files won't play

I love Podtrapper! When I converted to a Droid X I was so happy to see an android version. Lately, when I'm playing wma audiobook files I've noticed the last 5 seconds don't play. Playback pauses at 99%. I've confirmed that I can play the files in the native player to the complete end of the track. I don't remember if I had this problem before upgrading to 2.2 and rooting my X. Is there a setting I'm missing?
