During cellular download I am no able to receive calls. When somebody calls me , he gets an announce saying "the number you dialed is not accesible"

Some users have reported this and it seems to generally depend on your carrier (T-Mobile, for example, doesn't do this from what I can tell). I'm not sure what causes it, but unfortunately there's not much I can do to work around it. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you

Unless you are using 3g, you cannot use data and phone connections at the same time.
