I searched and found that audio books work with Podtrapper.

I found that I can rip the CD's with Itunes and then transfer the files to my Storm2. However, it only plays one track at a time and then I need to manually move to the next one. Is there a way to get Podtrapper to move from track to track?

You're looking for the playlist feature:

You can highlight a folder and hit 'A' to add the whole folder to the current playlist. (Make sure you make a new playlist first if you don't want them to end up intermixed with podcasts)
